lodging house means a building designed or intended to contain, or containing Lodging Units where the residents share access to common areas of the building, other than the Lodging Units;

lodging house means a building that is used or designed to provide four or more lodging units, which may share common areas of the building other than the lodging unit and do not appear to function as a single housekeeping unit and does not include a residential facility.
