Locks definition

Locks means any exterior lock that provides access to the dwelling.
Locks. Licensee(s) shall NOT change any lock or place additional locking devices upon any door or window of the Premises without the prior written consent of the University. Locks means all locks, keys to locks, latches or similar security devices in or about the Premises whether supplied or obtained by the Council or by the Lessee;
