Lockbox definition

Lockbox has the meaning set forth in Section 2.11.

  • Within two (2) Business Days of receipt of funds into the Lockbox Account, the Servicer shall cause the Lockbox Bank to transfer cleared funds from the Lockbox Account to the Collection Account.
