Lock-In Event definition

Lock-In Event means that R (k) or R (j), as specified in the Final Terms, is either (i) equal to or higher, or (ii) higher than the Lock-in Level.
Lock-In Event means, in respect of each Interest Payment Date that is a Lock-In Event Interest Payment Date, the Strategy Level in respect of:
Lock-In Event means, in respect of an Interest Periodj and the Index, the Best Index Performance, as determined by the Calculation Agent, is equal to or greater than the Lock In Level.

Lock-In Event means (and a Lock-In Event shall be deemed to have occurred if) the Basket Performance for one or more Lock-In Observation Dates is equal to or greater than the Lock-In Barrier.

Lock-In Event means, in respect of any Lock-in Observation Date and either with regard to the Valuation Time or without regard to the Valuation Time (as specified in the relevant Final Terms), the Level of the Underlying Asset or the Level of each Underlying Asset or the Level of any Underlying Asset or the Level of the Worst Performing Underlying Asset or the level of the Best Performing Underlying Asset or the average of either the highest two Levels, lowest two Levels or all Levels of each of the Underlying Assets, as specified in the relevant Final Terms, is:
Lock-In Event means, in respect of a Coupon Payment Date other than Coupon Payment Date scheduled to fall on 19 March 2021, the Closing Index Level in respect of the Index in respect of any Valuation Date (other than the Valuation Date scheduled to fall on 5 March 2021) preceding such Coupon Payment Date is greater than or equal to the Lock-In Strike, as determined the Calculation Agent.
