Lock-Box definition

Lock-Box means each locked postal box with respect to which a bank who has executed a Collection Account Agreement has been granted exclusive access for the purpose of retrieving and processing payments made on the Receivables and which is listed on Exhibit IV.
Lock-Box means each locked postal box with respect to any Collection Account for the purpose of retrieving and processing payments made on the Receivables and which is listed on Schedule II (as such schedule may be modified from time to time in connection with the addition or removal of any Lock-Box in accordance with the terms hereof).
Lock-Box has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.

  • The Servicers shall only terminate a Collection Account Bank or close a Collection Account (or the related Lock-Box), upon 30 days’ advance notice to the Administrator.

  • The Servicers shall only add a Collection Account (or any related Lock-Box) or Collection Account Bank to those listed on Schedule II to this Agreement, if the Administrator has received notice of such addition, a copy of any new Collection Account Agreement and an executed and acknowledged copy of a Collection Account Agreement in form and substance acceptable to the Administrator from any such new Collection Account Bank.

More Definitions of Lock-Box

Lock-Box means a post office box to which Collections are remitted for retrieval by a Lock-Box Bank and deposited by such Lock-Box Bank into a Lock-Box Account.
Lock-Box means any post office box maintained by the Originator, the Servicer or a Lockbox Bank, in each case, for the purpose of receiving payments on Pledged Contracts or other Collections.
Lock-Box. The post office box to which Collections are remitted for retrieval by a Lock-Box Bank and deposited by such Lock-Box Bank into a Lock-Box Account, the details of which are contained in Schedule II.
