• If any party defaults in the payment when due of any sum payable under this Agreement, the Local Transfer Documents or the Tax Indemnity the liability of that party shall be increased to include interest on such sum from the date when such payment is due until the date of actual payment (as well after as before judgment) at a rate per annum of two per cent.

More Definitions of Local Transfer Documents

Local Transfer Documents shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.8(a) hereof.
