Local Electric Utility definition

Local Electric Utility means the local electric distribution owner and operator providing electric distribution and interconnection services to Purchaser at the Premises.
Local Electric Utility means the local electric distribution owner and operator providing electric distribution and interconnection services to Host at the Property.
Local Electric Utility means the entity authorized and required under Applicable Law to provide electric distribution service to Host at the Site.

  • Provider shall be responsible for arranging the interconnection of the Project with Host’s Local Electric Utility in a manner which includes bi-directional or “net metering”.
