Throughout the performance of all aspects of the Work, Developer shall comply with, and shall ensure that each Subcontractor complies with, all applicable Laws (including, without limitation, Laws relating to Hazardous Materials) and all applicable requirements of the Local Electric Utility, in each case in all material respects.
Provided further that Purchaser shall ensure any correspondence with the Local Electric Utility regarding the tariff and changes to the interconnection agreement are promptly shared with Provider.
In the event that the Local Electric Utility is not prepared to commence construction on required upgrades, if any are required, Provider will be allowed a day for day extension to the Construction Start Date.
