Loan Tape definition

Loan Tape. The loan tape to be delivered in connection with each Collateral Management Report, which tape shall include (but not be limited to) the aggregate Outstanding Balance of all Loans and, with respect to each Loan, the following information:
Loan Tape means a data storage disk produced by the Company from its management information systems regarding the Loans.
Loan Tape means the loan list identifying the Loan Assets delivered by the Borrower or Servicer to the Collateral Custodian or the Collateral Administrator, as applicable, and the Administrative Agent. Each such Loan Tape shall be prepared by the Borrower (or the Servicer on its behalf) and shall set forth the applicable information specified on Schedule III.

Examples of Loan Tape in a sentence

  • Not later than each Reporting Date, a Monthly Report, a Monthly Loan Tape and such other information as reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent or a Lender.

  • Each Monthly Report shall include, without limitation: (i) a Borrowing Base Certificate calculated as of the most recent Determination Date, (ii) a Loan Tape prepared as of the most recent Determination Date and (iii) a calculation of Collateral Quality Test (and each component thereof) and Minimum Equity Test demonstrating the degree of compliance therewith.

  • With respect to the duties described in this Section 4.13(b), in the absence of bad faith or gross negligence, the Backup Servicer, in the performance of its duties and obligations hereunder, is entitled to rely conclusively, and shall be fully protected in so relying, on the contents of each Loan Tape, including, but not limited to, the completeness and accuracy thereof, provided by the Servicer.

  • Nothing herein shall obligate the Collateral Administrator to review or examine the Early-Monthly Tape, Mid-Monthly Loan Tape or Quarterly Loan Tape for accuracy, correctness or validity.

  • Nothing herein shall obligate the Collateral Administrator to review or examine the Quarterly Loan Tape for accuracy, correctness or validity.
