In addition to maintaining records of all Related Loans, the Assuming Institution shall prepare and deliver to the Receiver a schedule of all Related Loans on a semi-annual basis, together with the Monthly Certificates for the months ending June 30 and December 31, which specify all Related Loans on the Loan Records of the Assuming Institution as of the end of each such semi-annual period.
