Loan Commitment Percentage means, at any time of determination prior to the termination of all Commitments hereunder, with respect to any Lender, a fraction (expressed as a percentage), the numerator of which is its Commitment at such time and the denominator of which is the aggregate Commitments of all Lenders at such time.
