loading bay definition

loading bay means any facility for loading or unloading;
loading bay means an area which is clearly demarcated for the loading and off-loading of goods from commercial vehicles, and which has vehicular access to a public street to the satisfaction of the Municipality;
loading bay means an area of Carriageway indicated by the relevant diagram to the 2002 Regulations and also defined as “Loading” by the Legend in Schedule 1 to this Order and defined as a “Loading Bay” in Schedule 6 to this Order;
