LMR definition

LMR is defined in Section 5.2.
LMR means, subject to Section 23.12, for any Material Jurisdiction, the environmental liability management rating (or equivalent) governing conventional upstream oil and gas xxxxx, facilities, and pipelines for such jurisdiction, as determined in accordance with the rules and regulations of each applicable Material Jurisdiction and its Energy Regulator for the then relevant period, provided that any security deposits (in the form of cash, letters of credit or otherwise) provided to the applicable Energy Regulator will not be considered as part of the deemed assets used in such calculation for purposes of this definition.
LMR means liability management rating, a ratio of a licensee’s assets to liabilities across the AB LMR Program;

Examples of LMR in a sentence

  • The quoted rates of L1 for all items may be compared with DSR and LMR (TS) ,the item whose quoted rate is more than DSR and LMR (TS) will be treated as High Quoted items and Less than DSR and LMR (TS) will be treated as Low Quoted items.
