LMA definition

LMA means the Loan Market Association.
LMA means a local marketing arrangement, joint sales agreement, time brokerage agreement, shared services agreement, management agreement or similar arrangement pursuant to which a Person, subject to customary preemption rights and other limitations (i) obtains the right to sell a portion of the advertising inventory of a television station of which a third party is the licensee, (ii) obtains the right to exhibit programming and sell advertising time during a portion of the air time of a television station or (iii) manages a portion of the operations of a television station.
LMA means a time brokerage agreement between a broadcaster-broker and a radio station licensee pursuant to which the broadcaster-broker supplies programming and sells commercial spot announcements in discrete blocks of time provided by the radio station licensee that amount to 15% or more of the weekly broadcast hours of the radio station licensee’s radio broadcast station.

  • Buyer hereby authorizes each of the banks/financial institutions named on this Buyer Registration and Consent Agreement to release and disclose to Market or its agent Livestock Marketing Association (LMA) information needed to determine Buyer’s financial responsibility and/or ability to pay for livestock.

LMA means the Lloyd’s Market Association;
