If for any reason, funds are expended in excess of the pro rata apportionment, it will be the responsibility of the original Sponsoring Institution to make restitution to LLS in the event of transfer or premature termination of the Grant.
In such case, any unexpended balance of the Grant funds must be returned to LLS within thirty (30) days of the termination of the Grantee’s employment or the expiration of the notice period, whichever is sooner.
