Litter definition

Litter means any object or matter which is discarded by a person in any place except in an approved receptacle provided for that purpose or at a waste handling facility or waste disposal facility;
Litter means any garbage, rubbish, trash, refuse, waste materials, or debris.
Litter means all refuse and includes any other waste material which, if thrown or deposited as prohibited under these Bye-Laws, tends to create uncleanliness or a danger or nuisance to public health, safety or welfare.
