Litigation Proceeds definition

Litigation Proceeds means any settlement proceeds or damages award arising out of claims asserted in the Sun Life Litigation (including amounts arising out of any commercial tort claims), actually received by the Issuer after giving effect to any amounts due under the Credit Facility in respect of the Life Policies that are the subject of the Sun Life Litigation.
Litigation Proceeds means any money or other property received by the University as a result of any resolution of a dispute over another's use, infringement, or licensing of any LSU Intellectual Property, whether received by way of judgment, arbitration, or settlement -- and in the case of a settlement, regardless of whether any arbitration or lawsuit has been instituted.
