Listing Content definition

Listing Content means listing information provided by Participants to RMLS™ and aggregated and distributed by RMLS™ to Participants, except for any listing for which the seller has withheld permission for Internet display. Listing Content includes information about active and off-market listings. The specific fields of information included within Listing Content are determined by the type of data feed selected by the Participant, as more particularly set forth in the RMLS™ Rules and Regulations and Internet Policy.

Examples of Listing Content in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Participant may disclose Listing Content for individual Listings strictly in accordance with this Agreement and the Rules and Regulations.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing sentence, except as provided in the Rules and Regulations, Sales Licensee acknowledges that MLS has no obligation to remove or modify any Listing or Listing Content.

  • MLS may refuse to accept or include in, and may remove from, the MLS Database, any Listing, or any Listing Content, or may require Sales Licensee, on behalf of Broker, to direct MLS to modify any Listing Content, as provided under the Rules and Regulations or if MLS determines, in its sole discretion, that any such Listing Content may violate or infringe upon the rights of a third party.

  • MLS grants to Sales Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, personal license to input Listing Content in the MLS Database, and modify such Listing Content, only on behalf of Broker and strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Rules and Regulations.

  • Publicly display the MLS Database, or any portion of the MLS Database, including any Listing Content included in the MLS Database.

  • Sales Licensee agrees to take all reasonable steps to protect the MLS Database and Listing Content from unauthorized access, copying, or use.

  • MLS hereby grants to Sales Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, and personal license to use Listing Content only for purposes and as expressly allowed under Sales Licensee’s certification or licensure, the Rules and Regulations, and any applicable License Agreement.

  • The Listing Content published and disseminated by the Service is communicated verbatim without change by the Service, as filed with the Service by the Participant.


More Definitions of Listing Content

Listing Content means details or information related to listed property, including, but not be limited to, photographs, images, graphics, audio and video recordings, virtual tours, drawings, descriptions, remarks, narratives, pricing information, PDF documents, text files, artist renderings, and other details or information related to listed property.
Listing Content means all photographs, images, graphics, video recordings, virtual tours, drawings, written descriptions, remarks, narratives, pricing information, and other copyrightable elements relating to the Property. “Owner Listing Content” means Listing Content provided by Owner to Broker or Broker's associates. “Broker Listing Content” means Listing Content that is otherwise obtained or produced by Broker or Broker's associates in connection with this agreement.
Listing Content means the portions of the Listing requiring some originality in the creation and includes but is not limited to photographs, images and graphics, audio and video recordings, virtual tours, drawings, floor plans, architectural designs, artistic renderings, surveys and listing descriptions.
Listing Content means all photographs, images, graphics, video recordings, virtual tours, drawings, written descriptions, remarks, narratives, pricing information, and other copyrightable elements relating to the Property. “Owner Listing Content” means Listing Content provided by Owner to Manager or Manager's associates. “Broker Listing Content” means Listing Content that is otherwise obtained or produced by Broker or Xxxxxx's associates in connection with this agreement.  Owner grants Manager a non-exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, sublicense through multiple tiers, publish, display, and reproduce the Owner Listing Content, to prepare derivative works of the Owner Listing Content, and to distribute the Owner Listing Content, including any derivative works of the Owner Listing Content. Section 4.6.4. survives termination of this agreement.  All Broker Listing Content is owned exclusively by Broker, and Owner has no right, title, or interest in or to any Broker Listing Content.  Owner understands and agrees that both the Owner Listing Content and Broker Listing Content, including any changes to such content, may be filed with the MLS, included in compilations of listings, and otherwise distributed, publicly displayed, and reproduced.
Listing Content means all content, data, information, and digital images that relate to Properties that are, or at any applicable time have been, represented by Broker.

Related to Listing Content

  • User Content means any comments, remarks, data, feedback, content, text, photographs, images, video, music, or other content or information that you or any Site Visitor or User post to any part of the Site or provide to Upwork, including such content or information that is posted as a result of questions.

  • Customer Content means Content Customer or End Users load or use on the APEX Service. Customer Content does not include configuration, performance, and/or usage data that Dell collects in connection with the APEX Service.

  • Listing means the listing of the Common Shares on a national securities exchange or the trading of the Common Shares in the over-the-counter market. Upon such Listing, the Common Shares shall be deemed Listed.

  • Blacklisting means barring a bidder, contractor, consultant or supplier from participating in any future procurement proceedings.

  • Your Content means all software, data (including Personal Data), text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-Oracle or third party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Services under this Agreement, Oracle Software, other Oracle products and services, and Oracle intellectual property, and all derivative works thereof, do not fall within the meaning of the term “Your Content.” Your Content includes any Third Party Content that is brought by You into the Services by Your use of the Services or any Oracle-provided tools.

  • ASX Listing Rules or "Listing Rules" means the Listing Rules of the ASX. "Board" means the Board of Directors of the Company.
