Listing Content definition

Listing Content means data, photographs, images, graphics, video recordings, virtual tours, drawings, written descriptions, remarks, narratives and pricing information about real properties offered for sale in certain counties throughout the State of Oklahoma and real properties in other geographic regions.
Listing Content means listing information provided by Participants to RMLS™ and aggregated and distributed by RMLS™ to Participants, except for any listing for which the seller has withheld permission for Internet display. Listing Content includes information about active and off-market listings. The specific fields of information included within Listing Content are determined by the type of data feed selected by the Participant, as more particularly set forth in the RMLS™ Rules and Regulations and Internet Policy.
Listing Content means all photographs, images, graphics, video recordings, virtual tours, drawings, written descriptions, remarks, narratives, pricing information, and other copyrightable elements relating to the Property. "Owner Listing Content" means Listing Content provided by Owner to Broker or ▇▇▇▇▇▇'s associates. "Broker Listing Content" means Listing Content that is otherwise obtained or produced by Broker or ▇▇▇▇▇▇'s associates in connection with this agreement.

Examples of Listing Content in a sentence

  • Publicly display the MLS Database, or any portion of the MLS Database, including any Listing Content included in the MLS Database.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Participant may disclose Listing Content for individual Listings strictly in accordance with this Agreement and the Rules and Regulations.

  • The Listing Content for each Participant’s Listing is an original work of authorship of Participant, or Participant is the assignee or licensee of such Listing Content pursuant to an enforceable assignment or license.

  • Seller hereby grants to Broker a non-exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty free license to use, sublicense through multiple tiers, publish, display, and reproduce the Seller Listing Content, to prepare derivative works of the Seller Listing Content, and to distribute the Seller Listing Content or any derivative works thereof.

  • Licensee agrees that the RMLS™ Listing Content is and shall remain the sole exclusive property of RMLS™, and that RMLS™’s rights in and with respect to the RMLS™ Listing Content (including, without limitation, the right of RMLS™ to limit the scope, nature, and extent of the license herein granted to Licensee) exist independently of, and in addition to, any copyright RMLS™ may have in the RMLS™ Listing Content.

Listing Content means data, photographs, images, graphics, video recordings, virtual tours, drawings, written descriptions, remarks, narratives and pricing information about real properties offered for sale in certain counties throughout the State of Texas and real properties in other geographic regions submitted to TAR by Subscriber and other Members.
Listing Content means details or information related to listed property, including, but not be limited to, photographs, images, graphics, audio and video recordings, virtual tours, drawings, descriptions, remarks, narratives, pricing information, PDF documents, text files, artist renderings, and other details or information related to listed property.
Listing Content means all data and content, including without limitation, all photographs, images, graphics, video recordings, virtual tours, drawings, written descriptions, remarks, narratives, and pricing information submitted by Participant to NM MLS with respect to a Listing, excepting Exempted Listings.
Listing Content means the portions of the Listing requiring some originality in the creation and includes but is not limited to photographs, images and graphics, audio and video recordings, virtual tours, drawings, floor plans, architectural designs, artistic renderings, surveys and listing descriptions.
Listing Content means all content, including without limitation, all photographs, images, graphics, video recordings, virtual tours, drawings, written descriptions, remarks, narratives, and pricing information submitted by Broker to MLS with respect to all Broker’s Listings except Exempted Listings. .
Listing Content means all photographs, images, graphics, video recordings, virtual tours, drawings, written descriptions, remarks, narratives, pricing information, and other copyrightable elements relating to the Property. “Owner Listing Content” means Listing Content provided by Owner to Manager or Manager's associates. “Broker Listing Content” means Listing Content that is otherwise obtained or produced by Broker or ▇▇▇▇▇▇'s associates in connection with this agreement.  Owner grants Manager a non-exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, sublicense through multiple tiers, publish, display, and reproduce the Owner Listing Content, to prepare derivative works of the Owner Listing Content, and to distribute the Owner Listing Content, including any derivative works of the Owner Listing Content. Section 4.6.4. survives termination of this agreement.  All Broker Listing Content is owned exclusively by Broker, and Owner has no right, title, or interest in or to any Broker Listing Content.  Owner understands and agrees that both the Owner Listing Content and Broker Listing Content, including any changes to such content, may be filed with the MLS, included in compilations of listings, and otherwise distributed, publicly displayed, and reproduced.
Listing Content means the Images and Documents, and any other content referred to in the Bright MLS Content made available to Government Agency Users, that is submitted in relation to listed properties or otherwise used by or relied upon by GovernmentAgency.
