Liquidity Payment definition

Liquidity Payment means all amounts due and payable by the Issuer to the Liquidity Facility Provider under the Liquidity Facility Agreement.
Liquidity Payment means an amount equal to a [***] by the third party acquiring LICENSEE in such transaction (the “CONSIDERATION”), calculated as [***] of the total CONSIDERATION.   • Each Facility Advance shall be deposited in the Initial Liquidity Payment Account, as provided in Sections 3.01(k) and 3.14(b) of the Indenture.

Liquidity Payment means any payment made by El Paso pursuant to paragraph 2 of the Shareholder Power of Attorney for the Class B Shareholder.
