Liquidation Agent definition

Liquidation Agent has the meaning set forth in Section 9.03.
Liquidation Agent means Credit Suisse International;
Liquidation Agent means, any agent appointed to act as Liquidation Agent by the Issuer in respect of the ETC Securities pursuant to Condition 6(d).

Liquidation Agent means such Person as is selected as the Liquidation Agent hereunder by the General Partner, which Person may be the General Partner or an Affiliate of the General Partner, provided such Liquidation Agent agrees in writing to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. The Liquidation Agent shall be empowered to give and receive notices, reports and payments in connection with the dissolution, liquidation and/or winding-up of the Partnership and shall hold and exercise such other rights and powers as are necessary or required to permit all parties to deal with the Liquidation Agent in connection with the dissolution, liquidation and/or winding-up of the Partnership.
