Liquid Net Worth is defined as that portion of net worth (total assets Owner Co-Owner Oregon, Pennsylvania & Washington Owner Co-Owner exclusive of home, home furnishings and automobiles minus total liabilities) that is comprised of cash, cash equivalents, and readily marketable securities.
Liquid Net Worth means unencumbered "cash and short term investments at cost" and "investments in marketable securities" (which shall be marked to market) as shown by Acadia's financial statements (calculated in a manner consistent with Acadia's statements for the period ending September 30, 1999).
