Line Pack definition

Line Pack means the total quantity of Gas in the Maui Pipeline at any time.
Line Pack for any Zone at any time shall mean that quantity of gas which is calculated by Subsidiary Company as the total quantity of gas required as line pack for the efficient operation of its pipeline in such Zone.
Line Pack means, for the purpose of paragraph 7.2, the gas in the Pipeline from time to time.

Examples of Line Pack in a sentence

  • First Gas may curtail any previously approved AIP where it determines that is necessary to avoid breaching an Acceptable Line Pack Limit or having to curtail DNC or Supplementary Capacity.

  • First Gas will approve any requested AIP except where that would: require it to curtail any Shipper’s: request, in the same nominations cycle, for DNC; and/or previously approved DNC or Supplementary Capacity; exceed the Physical MHQ of the relevant Receipt Point; or unduly increase the risk of breaching an Acceptable Line Pack Limit.

  • Title to and/or legal custody of the Products in storage and of the Line Pack Product shall at all times be and remain in Buyer.

  • Seller acknowledges that Buyer owns and has title to all volumes of Line Pack Product.

  • Volumes of Line Pack Product in the Storage Pipeline System provided by Buyer pursuant to Section 8.1 shall be, at the Buyer's discretion, (y) withdrawn from the Storage Pipeline System and delivered by Seller to Buyer or (z) sold to Seller at a price mutually agreed upon by the Parties.


More Definitions of Line Pack

Line Pack. (“LP”) means the volume of gas that must be maintained in the city or local natural gas distribution network at all times in order to maintain pressure and enable uninterrupted transportation and supply of natural gas through the network;

Line Pack Cost means the Victorian spot price as published by AEMO or its successor expressed in Australian dollars per GJ, current at the time Natural Gas is purchased by or on behalf of the Service Providers from AEMO. Longford Compressor Station means the compressor station at Longford in Victoria owned and operated by the Service Providers. Longford Receipt Point means the flange where the EGP connects with the processing facilities owned by BHP/Esso located at the following co-ordinates: E514, 205.85, N5, 769,585.05 (KP000.0) using the AGM Zone 55 (AGD66 Datum) Co-ordinate System.
