As between Lilly and Licensee, Licensee shall have the exclusive right, but not the obligation, to seek, in Licensee’s name if so required, Patent Term Extensions (including any supplemental protection certificates and the like available under Applicable Law) in any country in relation to the Lilly Compound Patents and the Licensee Patents.
