Lien Resolution Administrator definition

Lien Resolution Administrator means that person(s) or entity, agreed to and jointly recommended by Co-Lead Class Counsel and Counsel for the NFL Parties, and appointed by the Court, to perform the responsibilities assigned to the Lien Resolution Administrator under this Settlement Agreement, including, without limitation, as set forth in ARTICLE XI.

Lien Resolution Administrator. (“LRA”) means Providio MediSolutions, LLC.

Lien Resolution Administrator means XXXXXX Systems, LLC and MASSIVE, which shall be appointed by the Court to perform the responsibilities assigned to the Lien Resolution Administrator under this Settlement Agreement.

• The SOC has appointed the Lien Resolution Administrator to resolve all Federal Health Care Program Liens obligations and any Lien obligations under Medicare Part C, also known as Medicare Advantage; and as otherwise specified in this Agreement.

• Any change of the Lien Resolution Administrator prior to the execution of this Agreement or prior to the expiration of the Walk Away Deadline Date shall be subject to HOC’s review and approval.

• Any reporting performed by the Lien Resolution Administrator and/or Claims Administrator for the purpose of resolving Liens, if any, related to compensation provided to Settlement Class Members pursuant to this Settlement Agreement does not constitute an admission by any Settlement Class Member or any Released Party of any liability or evidence of liability in any manner.

More Definitions of Lien Resolution Administrator

Lien Resolution Administrator means the Person or Persons from time to time appointed by the Chief Administrator based on a joint recommendation of Merck, on the one hand, and a majority in number of the NPC, on the other hand, to fulfill the functions of the “Lien Resolution Administrator” under this Agreement (so long as such Person or Persons continues to serve in such capacity). If, at any time, two or more Persons constitute the “Lien Resolution Administrator”, then any determination of the Lien Resolution Administrator shall be made by a majority of such Persons.

Lien Resolution Administrator or "Lien Resolution Firm" means Providio MediSolutions, an entity chosen by the NPC to assist Program Participants in addressing Liens that are or may be asserted by Governmental Payors or Private Payors.

Lien Resolution Administrator means an entity chosen by the PSRC subject to approval by Takeda to assist Program Participants in resolving Liens that are or may be asserted by Governmental Payors or Private Payors.

Lien Resolution Administrator means an entity chosen by the PNC subject to approval by Daiichi Sankyo to assist Program Participants in resolving Liens that are or may be asserted by Governmental Payors or Private Payors.

Lien Resolution Administrator or “LRA” means the Garretson Firm Resolution Group, Inc., appointed to perform certain functions as described in more detail in Section XIV.
