Licensor Products means collectively the Cloud Services, Professional Services, Software, and Support and Maintenance.

More Definitions of Licensor Products

Licensor Products means any Application, Software, Services, Deliverables, Equipment or other related materials that are licensed, purchased or otherwise acquired by Licensee pursuant to this Agreement.

Licensor Products means products that Licensor manufactures, distributes, or sells under a Licensed Trademark that are not Licensed Products.

Licensor Products means Licensor's remote surveillance module ("RSM") products, which exist as of the Effective Date, and related Documentation, which are the following: RS-232Pod, RSM-700, RSM-1500, RSM-1500E, RSM-1500xp, RSM-1600 (including version 2.4), RSM-3000, VC1050 and, when completed, RSM-2000.

Licensor Products means those products described as ▇▇▇▇▇▇, and/or products which contain Licensor’s exclusive intellectual property, provided firmware and other enhancements to the Licensor’s hardware or firmware defined within this agreement, and subsequently identified Products in subsequent agreements as Exclusive Products of the Licensor, except OEM Products.
