If the property is sold in a bona fide arms-length transaction during the term of an existing license, licensor must submit to licensee a refund up to the full amount in immediately available funds, for all sums paid by licensee or less the amount of in season hunting time that has elapsed, including but not limited to, the commission paid to Licensing Agent.
