Licensee Services means non-commercial services provided by a licensee to its customers to support the provision of telecommunications services e.g. Customer Care or fault reporting by dialling a “on-net” short code.

Licensee Services means Licensee’s open data services, GIS services, and APIs with which the Solutions communicate in order to correctly perform the intended functionality.

Licensee Services means services provided by Licensee to its customers that require use of or are based on the Licensed Software or Licensee Products, including (a) access fees; (b) customer support services; (c) the creation and distribution of Upgrades (including both basic and major software maintenance services, such as error corrections, incidental or substantial structural, functional, or performance improvements; and additions); (d) consulting and design services to model and simulate particular designs for customers; (e) customization, modification, and/or integration of Licensee Products for specific customers; (f) direct training; and workshops and/or seminars; and (g) collection of advertising revenues and product sales.

Licensee Services means (a) the broadcasting and communication of film, video and television content services including through television platforms and video-on-demand services called (i) “OYO” and/or the Logo (as that term is defined in Schedule A) through the website ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇ and/ or redirected from the website ▇▇▇.▇▇ in Croatia and (ii) “VOYO” and/or the Logo through or redirected from the website ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇.▇▇/ in Slovenia, and (b) for such other goods and services as the Target Companies provided under the Licensed Marks in the relevant part of the Territory at the Closing and (c) the promotion of such services by the Licensee and its Affiliates. For the avoidance of doubt the Licensee Services shall not include any other services.
