Licensee Materials definition

Licensee Materials means the text, customer data and other material supplied by Licensee and used in conjunction with the Software.

Licensee Materials means any Licensee course or other individual documents, video clips, data files or other information or materials uploaded to HSI’s Platform by Licensee which is not specific to an individual Licensee account and is not HSI content.

Licensee Materials means any tangible chemical, biological or physical research materials that are furnished by or on behalf of Licensee to SGI in connection with this Agreement.

More Definitions of Licensee Materials

Licensee Materials means any biological or chemical materials Controlled by Licensee and provided to Penn under this Agreement.

Licensee Materials means the schematics, designs, software in Object Code or Source Code and any other documentation or technology including updates or upgrades that LICENSEE in its sole discretion, uploads to the customer support portal or otherwise provides to QTIL or its Affiliates.

Licensee Materials means all materials and documents, including Regulatory Filings and all information contained in such documents or filings, Controlled by Licensee or any of its Affiliates during the Term which are necessary or reasonably useful for the Development, Manufacture or Commercialization of any Compound or Product or the Biomarker Test in the Field.

Licensee Materials shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.

Licensee Materials means the Materials Controlled by the Licensee at the date of termination of this Agreement that are necessary to Manufacture the Product.
