Licensed Vehicle definition

Licensed Vehicle means both a Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Vehicle
Licensed Vehicle means a vehicle that is licensed under this by-law as a taxi, accessible taxi or limousine;
Licensed Vehicle means a vehicle authorised to be used under the licence to transport regulated waste.
