Licensed Deliverables definition

Licensed Deliverables means any software, specifications, content, designs, developments, processes, know-how, or other materials included within the Deliverables in Exhibit A.

Licensed Deliverables means the Deliverables excluding the Assigned Deliverables, the Third-Party Materials and the Client Materials;

Licensed Deliverables means Deliverables specified by the parties to be licensed by Provider to Customer in accordance with Section 6, including any Third-Party Materials.

• Upon delivery of the Deliverables to University, Contractor agrees that University shall have a license to use all Licensed Deliverables for the purpose of evaluating and testing the Deliverables.

Licensed Deliverables any combination of the Licensed Digital IP Block, Digital IP Block Deliverables, Licensed Software, Software Deliverables, Distributable Software, Processor Interface Specification and Documentation, including any Updates and Upgrades thereto, that are required to be delivered by Company pursuant to this SOW.
