License Unit definition

License Unit means a unit of measurement used to determine the number of Reporting Points purchased by Customer that Customer will use to collect information about its assets.

All Order Forms are hereby incorporated into, supplement, and form a part of this Agreement. “Order Form” means an ordering document or online order that sets forth the applicable Software or Services (as defined below), fees and payment terms and start and end dates (as applicable) and is entered into between Customer and Harness, or Customer and an authorized reseller.

License Unit means (a) per user, for customers purchasing the applicable service on a per user basis, or (b) per subscription, for customers purchasing the applicable service on a subscription basis.
