License Payments definition

License Payments has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.
License Payments shall have the meaning provided in Section 9.3(b).
License Payments means all amounts (including, without limitation, ---------------- so-called "minimum guarantees" and "advances") payable to or for the benefit of the Borrower pursuant to any License Agreement whether characterized as accounts, accounts receivable, general intangibles or otherwise; any and all sums, proceeds, money, products, profits or increases payable to the Borrower pursuant to any License Agreement; all chattel paper that may arise in connection with any License Agreement and any and all amounts payable thereunder whether characterized as accounts, accounts receivable, contracts receivable, general intangibles or otherwise; and any and all proceeds of the foregoing payable to the Borrower.

Examples of License Payments in a sentence

  • Licensee acknowledges that the Premises are licensed to and accepted by Licensee in an “as-is” condition, and that the License Payments and other sums payable from Licensee to OCWD hereunder do not include the cost of security guard or any other security services or measures.

  • During the period of this Agreement, Subscription (License) Payments shall be paid by the Subscriber (Licensee) at the rate set forth in Exhibit C for the license to the PatentBook Patents.

More Definitions of License Payments

License Payments means the Closing License Payment, the First Year Quarterly License Payments, the Second Year Quarterly License Payments, the Third and Fourth Year Quarterly License Payments and the Fifth Year Quarterly License Payments.
License Payments has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 6.1.

License Payments means the payments made by Mallinckrodt to Palatin as described in Section 5.1 below in consideration of the license rights granted by Palatin to Mallinckrodt in accordance with Section 2.1 below.
License Payments means the royalty fees and other amounts that each Licensee under a Securitized License Agreement is obligated to pay to the Licensor pursuant to such Securitized License Agreement.
