License Date definition

License Date means the date on which a License Application is filed with the FCC certifying the completion of construction of the transmission facilities, but not later than the date specified on the Construction Permit, unless extended.
License Date shall have the meaning provided in Section 3.1.
License Date means the date on which the License is issued to the Developer by the Gaming Commission.

License Date means the date upon which Triple G receives payment of the License Fee Installments 3(a) in Item 6 of Schedule 1.
