Licence Inspector means a person appointed by the Corporation as Manager of Licensing, Licence Inspector, Business Licence Coordinator or Bylaw Officer;

Licence Inspector means the Corporate Officer, and also any person lawfully acting as delegate in that capacity.

Licence Inspector means the officials appointed by Council under Section 14 of the Business Licence and Regulation Bylaw No. 7878, and also includes Building Inspectors and Plumbing Inspectors and Fire Inspection Officers.

The Licence Inspector and members of the Police Force shall be given every facility in the checking of admissions, ticket sales, receipts and of the general observance of conditions herein outlined.
A notice of suspension of licence may be posted by the Licence Inspector upon the premises for which the licence was issued and such notice shall not be removed until the licence is reinstated, the former Licencee ceases to occupy the premises, or a new business other than the one carried on by the former Licencee is started in the premises.
The licencee shall make payment in full of the City's Amusement Tax to the Licence Inspector or his representative before the exhibition closes.
DUTIES OF THE LICENCE INSPECTOR The Licence Inspector shall perform the following duties (in addition to any specified as may be set forth herein or as he may be directed from time to time by resolution of the Council).
In the event the Licence Inspector requires such bond, the Licencee shall sign an undertaking in a form prepared by the City Solicitor, agreeing to the conditions as herein before outlined and that no action will lie in any court for recovery of any amount that is withheld from the bond for the purpose aforesaid by the Council.

More Definitions of Licence Inspector

Licence Inspector means the Inspector of Licences for the City of North Battleford and shall include the Assistant Licence Inspector or Inspectors, if any, and anyone acting as such during his absence from duty for any cause.

Licence Inspector means the official appointed for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this bylaw.

Licence Inspector means a person appointed by the City to assist in carrying out the administration and enforcement of the Bylaw and includes the Chief Licence Inspector;

Licence Inspector means a person, or his/her designate, appointed by Council for the purpose of enforcing and carrying out the provisions of this bylaw and includes Building Inspectors and Bylaw Enforcement Officers.
