Library Director. “Director, Library,” “Director of the Library,” “▇▇▇▇ of the Library” and “Director of the Learning Resource Center” shall each mean the person, bearing whatever title, who, not being a member of the bargaining unit, from time to time holds the position of Library Director at a University or who from time to time is authorized to act in that capacity, whether solely for the purposes of this Agreement or otherwise.
