Library Compound definition

Library Compound means any chemical entity that may be synthesized through the synthetic transformations defining a Synthetic Pathway.
Library Compound means any compound or mixture or composition of matter which is or was contained in a library prepared by or on behalf of Symyx.
Library Compound shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.25 of the Collaboration Agreement.

More Definitions of Library Compound

Library Compound means any compound that was, prior to the ---------------- Effective Date, or is, at any time during the Research Term, contained in an Internal Library or Collaboration Library.

However, any compound, mixture or composition of matter provided to Symyx by TDCC (or by an Affiliate of TDCC on behalf of TDCC) for screening as a catalyst, an activator, a scavenging agent or a support provided under another agreement shall not be deemed to be a Library Compound.
