LIBOR Rate Reset Date definition

LIBOR Rate Reset Date means, subject to Section 2.5(b), the 30th day of the months of March, June, September and December of each year commencing on June 30, 2016.
LIBOR Rate Reset Date means, subject to the paragraph immediately preceding the definition ofCalculation Agent” set forth above, the 15th day of March, June, September and December of each year continuing until the Maturity, commencing on September 15, 2018.
