LIBOR Rate Portion definition

LIBOR Rate Portion means that portion or portion of the Loan which bears interest at the Adjusted LIBOR Rate.
LIBOR Rate Portion means a portion of the principal amount outstanding under this Note which is bearing interest at a rate related to LIBOR. No LIBOR Rate Portion shall be less than Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000).
LIBOR Rate Portion means all or such part of the principal balance of credit provided under this Agreement for which interest is payable at the rate related to the LIBOR Rate.

More Definitions of LIBOR Rate Portion

LIBOR Rate Portion means that portion or those portions of the Loan which bear interest computed with reference to the LIBOR Rate.
