LGIA definition
LGIA means the Large Generator Interconnection Agreement entered into by Seller, and MISO pursuant to which the Project will be interconnected with the MISO System, and pursuant to which Seller’s Interconnection Facilities and any other Interconnection Facilities will be constructed, operated and maintained during the Term.
LGIA means the agreement and associated documents (or any successor agreement and associated documentation approved by FERC) by and among Seller, the Participating Transmission Owner, and the CAISO governing the terms and conditions of Seller’s interconnection with the Participating TO’s Transmission System, including any description of the plan for interconnecting to Participating TO’s Transmission System.
LGIA means Standard Large Generator Interconnection Agreement, an interconnection agreement applicable to an Interconnection Request pertaining to a Large Generating Facility that is included in the OATT.

Such amendment shall become effective and a part of this LGIA upon satisfaction of all Applicable Laws and Regulations.

LGIA means, for each LGIA Project, any Large Generator Interconnection Agreement entered into by the Contributed Company that directly owns such LGIA Project, the California Independent System Operator Corporation and the “Participating TO” (as defined in such LGIA).
