The kilowatt-hours charged by the Authority to each Customer will be the total number of kilowatt-hours recorded on the Customer’s meter for the Billing Period multiplied by a percentage based on the LFS methodology, unless the Customer and the Authority agree in writing to an alternative billing methodology and the Customer’s local electric utility provides its consent if the Authority determines that such consent is necessary.
