Lettable Unit definition

Lettable Unit means accommodation within the Estate from time to time let or occupied or intended for letting or occupation, but excluding accommodation let or occupied for the purposes of providing any of the Services;

Examples of Lettable Unit in a sentence

  • Nothing in this lease shall impose or be deemed to impose any restriction on the use of any other Lettable Unit or any neighbouring property.

  • In relation to each such Lettable Unit, please explain how any previous Tenancy was ended, why there is no current Tenancy and tell us whether anyone is currently expressing an interest in taking a Tenancy of it.

  • If not all parameters have been entered and/or no photographs have been uploaded, a Lettable Unit will not be offered.

  • In doing so, the Host must enter all parameters included in the Portal and upload photographs of the Lettable Unit.

  • Except as mentioned in this clause 3, neither the grant of this lease nor anything in it confers any right over the Common Parts or any Lettable Unit or any neighbouring property nor is to be taken to show that the Tenant may have any right over the Common Parts or any Lettable Unit or any neighbouring property, and section 62 of the Law of Property Act 1925 does not apply to this lease.


More Definitions of Lettable Unit

Lettable Unit means a part of the Building which is let, or constructed or adapted for letting, from time to time;
Lettable Unit accommodation within the Building and any other buildings on the Estate from time to time let or occupied or intended for letting or occupation, but excluding accommodation let or occupied for the purposes of providing any of the Services; “Licensing Authorities” the person, body or authority competent to grant the relevant Trade Licences;

Lettable Unit means any unit of accommodation in the Estate that is let or otherwise exclusively occupied or designed or intended for letting or exclusive occupation otherwise than in connection with the provision of Services; Loss of Rent means the loss of all Rent and Service Charge and applicable VAT for such period (being not less than four years) as the Landlord may from time to time reasonably consider sufficient to complete reinstatement of the Estate following a total loss and for such sum as takes into account any likely rent review. Motorcycle Parking Licence Fee means £3,000 per annum; Normal Business Hours means the hours between 7.00 am and 7.00 pm on Mondays to Fridays (excluding bank holidays) inclusive or such other hours as the Landlord may from time to time specify as being in its reasonable opinion in the interests of the occupiers of the Estate, provided that this does not affect the Tenant’s right to access and use the Premises 24 hours a day, 365/366 days a year; Party means the Landlord or the Tenant or the Guarantor (if any);
Lettable Unit means those parts of the buildings within the Estate let or licensed or intended to be let or licensed to occupational tenants or licensees but shall not include the Office Common Parts in those buildings.
Lettable Unit means any unit of accommodation forming part of the Building which is designed for separate occupation or any part of the Building designated for separate occupation by the Landlord “Level 24 Lease” has the same meaning ascribed to it as in the agreement for lease dated [ ] and made between the Landlord (1) the Management Company (2) the Landlord’s Guarantor (3) the Tenant (4) and the Tenant’s Guarantor (4);
