Lessor Representative definition

Lessor Representative means the President or any Vice President of the Lessor, or any person or persons at the time designated to act on behalf of the Lessor for purposes of performing any act or obligation on behalf of the Lessor under this Agreement by a written certificate furnished to the Lessee.
Lessor Representative means any officer properly designated in writing to act as such by an appropriate document of the governing body of the Lessor filed with the Lessee containing the specimen signature of such person.
Lessor Representative means the person or persons at the time designated to act on behalf of Lessor in matters relating to the Base Lease and this Lease as evidenced by a written certificate furnished to Lessee containing the specimen signature of such person or persons and signed on behalf of Lessor by its authorized officer.
