The Lessee further agrees that the Lessor, any Lessor Representative and the Lessor’s successors or assigns shall have such rights of access to the Leased Property as may be reasonably necessary to cause the proper maintenance of the Leased Property in the event of failure by the Lessee to perform its obligations hereunder.
Whenever pursuant to the provisions of this Lease Agreement the approval of the Lessor or the Lessee is required, or the Lessor or the Lessee is required to take some action at the request of the other, such approval or such request shall be given for the Lessor by a Lessor Representative and for the Lessee by a Lessee Representative, and any party hereto shall be authorized to rely upon any such approval or request.
The Lessor and any Lessor Representative shall have the right at all reasonable times to enter upon the Leased Land and to examine and inspect the Leased Property.
