Lessor Party definition

Lessor Party means Lessor, the Beneficiary, and JSA.

More Definitions of Lessor Party

Lessor Party means (a) the Initial Lessor Party and (b) each other Person that shall have become a Lessor Party for the purposes of the Operative Documents.
Lessor Party means the Lessor Architect, any other Lessor Design Professional, any Lessor Contractor, any Lessor Subcontractor, or any other person performing or providing any of the Design Services or the Lessor Work or furnishing or supplying goods, materials or services in connection with the Design Services or the Lessor Work.
Lessor Party and “Lessor Parties” shall have the meaning ascribed to such terms in Section 25.1 of this Lease.
Lessor Party means the Lessor, the Agent and the Participants (excluding the Tranche Y Participant). "Lessor's Sale" is defined in Section 17.4 of the Lease.
