The warranty period and type of warranty service that apply to your product are set forth below in Part 3 - Warranty Service Information.
Lenovo means the local Lenovo entity with which Customer is entering into this Agreement and/or relevant TDs.

The replacement product or part provided by Lenovo may not be new, but it will be in good working order and at least functionally equivalent to the original product or part.

The replacement product becomes your property in exchange for the failed product, which becomes the property of Lenovo.
