No relationship created hereunder or under any other Loan Document shall in any way affect the ability of any member of the Lender Group to enter into or maintain business relationships with the Borrowers, or any of its Affiliates, beyond the relationships specifically contemplated by this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.
All written information, reports, other papers and data relating to the Credit Parties and their Subsidiaries furnished by or at the direction of the Credit Parties to the Lender Group (other than projections) were, at the time furnished, complete and correct in all material respects.
The Lender Group expressly reserves the right to require strict compliance with the terms of this Agreement in connection with any funding of a request for an Advance.

With respect to projections, estimates and forecasts given to the Lender Group, such projections, estimates and forecasts are based on the Credit Parties’ good faith assessment of the future of the business at the time made, it being understood that projections by their nature are uncertain and no assurance is given that the results reflected in such projections will be achieved.
