Lehman definition

Lehman means LBHI together with all of its direct and indirect Affiliates existing on or after the LBHI Commencement Date.
Lehman means, collectively, Lehman ALI Inc., Lehman Brothers Inc., Lehman Commercial Paper Inc., and Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. and their affiliates.
Lehman shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(b).
