Leasing Guidelines definition

Leasing Guidelines means the guidelines approved in writing by Lender, from time to time, with respect to the leasing of the Property. The following are the initial Leasing Guidelines:
Leasing Guidelines shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.
Leasing Guidelines means the leasing guidelines attached hereto as Exhibit A that set forth the guidelines for leasing the Property for each Accounting Period. The Leasing Guidelines and any modifications thereto must be approved by Owner.

Examples of Leasing Guidelines in a sentence

  • The Members shall negotiate in good faith to amend the Leasing Guidelines as may be necessary from time to time.

  • Leases of apartment units within the Project entered into pursuant to the approved Leasing Guidelines in the ordinary course of operations as an apartment community.

  • The Members shall negotiate in good faith to develop and agree upon initial Leasing Guidelines for the lease up of the Project as an apartment community following the execution of this Agreement and prior to the execution of any lease within the Project.

  • FMB may amend the Leasing Guidelines, as may be required from time to time.

More Definitions of Leasing Guidelines

Leasing Guidelines means the Leasing Guidelines described in Schedule 1.1(130) attached hereto.
Leasing Guidelines means, with respect to any proposed Lease for less than 100,000 square feet, the guidelines that shall be deemed satisfied if such Lease conforms to the following:
Leasing Guidelines means the Leasing Guidelines attached to this Agreement as Exhibit B, as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement by Lender.
Leasing Guidelines means the annual leasing guidelines for the Property proposed by Manager and approved by Owner, which approval will not be unreasonably withheld by Owner, as an element of each Annual Plan, as such guidelines may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof.

Leasing Guidelines shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.15(c) hereof.
Leasing Guidelines means the leasing guidelines for the Property then in effect, as Approved by BH.
