Lease Collateral definition

Lease Collateral has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(b).

  • Upon the occurrence of an Event of Default, Landlord may exercise all rights and remedies under this Lease and the laws of the applicable Situs State that are available to a lessor of real and personal property in the event of a default by its lessee, and as to the Lease Collateral, all remedies granted under the laws of the applicable Situs State to a secured party under its Uniform Commercial Code.

More Definitions of Lease Collateral

Lease Collateral has the meaning specified in Section 2(b) of the Group IV Master Lease.

Lease Collateral shall have the meaning set forth in Section 21.1.1.1.
Lease Collateral means all of the Lessee's right, title and interest in (i) the Aircraft, (ii) all purchase agreements relating to the Aircraft, (iii) all insurance coverages required pursuant to Section 11.2 of the Lease as such coverage is applied the Aircraft, (iv) all warranties, indemnitees and contract rights against vendors and manufacturers, in each case as such apply to the Aircraft and (v) the proceeds of any of the foregoing.
