Lead Criteria definition

Lead Criteria means the specific physical and chemical properties established by the RFC in the applicable Project Plan for identifying a Lead Compound.
Lead Criteria shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.3.2.

More Definitions of Lead Criteria

Lead Criteria means, with respect to a Collaboration Target, the success criteria for Degraders directed to such Collaboration Target set forth in the Candidate Development Plan as “Lead Criteria” for such Collaboration Target, which success criteria are intended to indicate that such Degraders are suitable for further optimization as a potential Development Candidate directed to such Collaboration Target.
Lead Criteria means the criteria for a Lead determined by the JSC from time to time, subject to Section 2.3.4(a). For clarity, a Backup Compound or Follow-On Compound, although not a Lead, may satisfy Lead Criteria.
