No Syndication Agent, Joint Lead Arranger, Joint Bookrunner or Documentation Agent shall have or be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any Lender.

If Supplier is found to be in violation of, or non-compliance with, one or more of the representations and covenants set forth in this Agreement, Supplier shall have ninety (90) days from the notice of default to cure such violation or non- compliance and, if Supplier fails to cure such violation or non-compliance within such notice period, it shall be deemed a cause for immediate termination of the Master Agreement at Lead Public Agency’s sole discretion or this Agreement at P.P.P.’s sole discretion.
