It supersedes any and all other agreements, either oral or in writing, between the parties hereto with respect to Employee's employment by LBG.
In the event Employee is terminated by LBG without cause, Employee shall be entitled to receive a severance benefit, including standard employee benefits available to other employees of LBG, in an amount equal to six (6) months' compensation.
